Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Christian Vierig LLC, operating under the Bullmarket Lifestyle brand, collects, uses, protects and manages personal information through this website and its newsletter.
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Christian Vierig LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the Bullmarket Lifestyle brand, handles personal information collected through our website, newsletter, signup and confirmation pages, related landing pages, and the products or services covered by this policy.
This policy applies to bullmarketlifestyle.com and its associated newsletter landing and confirmation pages. It does not apply to any third-party website, platform or service that we link to or embed; those services operate under their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
2. Who We Are (Data Controller)
Christian Vierig LLC, operating under the Bullmarket Lifestyle brand, is responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy. Bullmarket Lifestyle is a brand and trading name of Christian Vierig LLC; it is not a separate company.

3. Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Your first name and email address, which you enter into the newsletter signup form.
- The contents of any message you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server-log data generated when you visit the site (see §9), which may include your IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring URL, and browser/device information.
- When our newsletter provider records your signup and double opt-in confirmation, it may log the date, time and IP address of the signup and the confirmation, together with the consent wording shown to you (see §5).
- Technical information transmitted to third parties when embedded content or web fonts load on a page you view (see §13).
Information received from other sources
- Delivery and engagement information (for example, whether a message could be delivered) from our newsletter provider, where such tracking is enabled (see §5).
We do not currently operate a checkout, and we do not collect or store payment-card details. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (see §24).
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases for each purpose:
- Operating and securing the website. We process server-log data to deliver, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a functional, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Processing your newsletter registration and recording double opt-in. We use your name, email, signup/confirmation timestamps and consent record to register you and to demonstrate that consent was given. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest and legal obligation to keep proof of consent (Art. 6(1)(a), (f), (c)).
- Sending the newsletter you requested (via AWeber). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Responding to your inquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) / (b)).
- Loading web fonts and embedded video. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting content consistently, subject to consent where required for non-essential loading (Art. 6(1)(f) / (a)).
- Complying with legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c), (f)).
Where we rely on a legitimate interest, we balance that interest against your rights and freedoms. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests (see §17–18).
6. Contact and Communications
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you include. We use this information to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your request, or the taking of steps at your request. Email is handled through our email and hosting providers (see §14).
Please note that ordinary email is not a fully secure means of communication, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us by email.
7. Purchases, Payments and Services
The website does not currently sell products or services, operate a checkout, or process payments. We therefore do not collect billing details and do not receive or store payment-card information. If paid products or services are added in the future, this section will be updated to identify the payment provider and the information it processes, and this policy will be revised accordingly.
8. Appointments or Consultations
The website does not currently offer appointment or consultation booking. No booking or calendar integration is present. If such functionality is added, this section will be updated with the booking provider and the information it collects.
9. Automatically Collected Technical Data
Like most websites, when you visit, our hosting provider automatically generates server logs. These may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring URL, your browser type and version, operating system and device type, and the server response status.
We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, and to detect and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure service. Our website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.); see Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
11. Analytics
We do not currently use website analytics services such as Google Analytics, and no analytics scripts are present on the site. If analytics are introduced, this section will be updated to name the provider and describe the data processed, retention, IP-address treatment, legal basis, consent requirements and opt-out controls.
12. Advertising, Pixels and Remarketing
We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags or targeted-advertising technologies (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Google Ads tags), and none are present on the site. We do not use your browsing activity for targeted advertising, and we do not share advertising identifiers. Based on these practices, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws (see §19).
13. Embedded Content and External Services
Some pages include content served by third parties:
- YouTube (Google LLC) — the members area embeds video via YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Loading the player transmits your IP address and technical information to Google, and playing a video may cause YouTube to set cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — the Inter typeface is loaded from Google’s font servers, which transmits your IP address to Google when the page loads.
We do not control how these providers process the information they receive. Where required for EEA/UK visitors, we intend to move to consent-gated embedding and/or self-hosted fonts (see required-information notes).
14. Service Providers and Recipients
We share personal information only with the categories of recipients below, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting / infrastructure) — hosts the website and generates server logs.
- AWeber Systems, Inc. (newsletter / email) — stores subscriber details and sends the newsletter.
- Google LLC — via embedded YouTube video and Google Fonts.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where reasonably necessary, or where required by law.
- A buyer or successor — in connection with a legitimate business transaction (see §25).
We expect our providers to use personal information only to provide their services to us, under agreements that restrict their use of it.
15. International Data Transfers
Christian Vierig LLC is established in the United States, and our providers — including Vercel, AWeber and Google — process information in the United States and potentially other countries. If information is transferred from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider’s participation in an applicable data privacy framework where that certification is current.
16. Data Retention
We keep personal information for the shortest period reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, taking into account legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations. Our retention approach:
- Active newsletter subscription — kept while you remain subscribed.
- Unconfirmed registrations — deleted or expired after a short period if the double opt-in is not completed.
- Unsubscribe / suppression records — kept as long as needed to ensure we do not email you again.
- Consent records — kept for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence consent.
- Contact inquiries — kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and a reasonable follow-up period.
- Server logs — kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
17. Your Privacy Rights
You can exercise your privacy rights by emailing daniel@bullmarketlifestyle.com. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity, and we will request only the information reasonably necessary to do so. You do not need to create an account to make a request.
18. EEA, UK and Swiss Privacy Rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority. Which rights apply depends on the circumstances and the legal basis for processing.
19. United States State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law’s thresholds are met, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; to opt out of certain profiling; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; to appeal a denied request; and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
As described in §12, we do not use targeted advertising and do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws. Accordingly, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, because no such sale or sharing occurs. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable.
Christian Vierig LLC is based in Florida, United States. Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights applies only to businesses that meet high revenue thresholds, which our business does not meet. Where another US state’s privacy law applies to you as a resident, we will honor the applicable rights described above; to exercise them, contact us using the details in §28.
20. Automated Decision-Making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Ordinary email delivery and standard newsletter operation do not constitute such decision-making.
21. Data Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to our size and activities, including encryption of website traffic in transit (HTTPS), restricted administrative access, reliance on reputable hosting and email providers, and keeping software up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim any formal certification or specific security standard.
22. Data Breaches
If a personal-data incident occurs, we will assess it and provide any notices required by applicable law to affected individuals and authorities. We do not guarantee specific timeframes beyond those required by law.
23. Children’s Privacy
Our website and newsletter are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact daniel@bullmarketlifestyle.com and we will delete it.
24. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, government identifiers, or financial-account numbers), and we ask that you do not send such information through our forms or by email. General market commentary and newsletter content are not financial advice and do not require sensitive information from you.
25. Business Transfers and Legal Disclosures
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to comply with the law; to enforce or protect our legal rights; to investigate and prevent security incidents or fraud; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of the business. We do not disclose personal information for unrelated purposes.
26. Third-Party Links
Our pages and newsletters may link to independently operated websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.
27. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services or applicable laws change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where a change is material and the law requires it, we will provide additional notice. We will not treat your continued use of the website as automatic consent to a revised policy where the law requires a more specific form of consent.
